Login and access¶
Q: I forgot my password.
A: Use Forgot Password on the login page, or ask your school administrator to reset your User Master password.
Q: I see “Invalid School ID”.
A: Use the full login URL from your school including the scid parameter. Do not bookmark a truncated link.
Q: Teacher login shows empty menus.
A: Confirm you use Teacher login (not School), that you are marked faculty on employee master, and that classes are allocated to you.
Q: Why can’t I see a module my colleague has?
A: Your role lacks module permissions. See Roles and permissions.
Academic year and data¶
Q: Students disappeared from fee/attendance screens.
A: Check the Academic Year dropdown matches enrollment year.
Q: How do I start a new session?
A: Create/activate new year in Year Master, run promotion, update fee structure. See Academic year setup.
Fees¶
Q: Fee items not showing for a student.
A: Verify fee structure for class/year and student fees category.
Q: How to reprint a receipt?
A: Open fee collection history or receipt reprint report; search by receipt number or date.
Attendance and communication¶
Q: Parents got absent SMS but child was present.
A: Attendance may have been saved late or wrong date/class selected. Correct attendance, then send correction notice if needed.
Q: SMS not sending.
A: Check SMS balance, valid mobile, template approval, and TRAI DND rules. Contact admin for gateway status.
LMS¶
Q: Student cannot see course.
A: Course must be published, student enrolled in linked class, LMS module enabled.
Library¶
Q: Reservation never fulfilled.
A: Check Reservation Queue when copy returned; ensure member contact info is valid for alerts.
Payroll¶
Q: Salary amounts look wrong.
A: Revisit Salary configuration, leave without pay, and monthly entry before final process.
