Welcome to the official user manual for SUMS ERP (School/University Management System). This guide helps school staff, administrators, teachers, and students use the application day to day.
What is SUMS ERP?¶
SUMS ERP is an education management platform used by schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and vocational training centers across India. It covers:
- Admissions and student records
- Fees and finance
- Attendance and leave
- Examinations and report cards
- Library, transport, and hostel
- Communication (SMS, email, WhatsApp, notifications)
- Learning Management (LMS), payroll, and compliance (DPDP)
